Lady at till was extremely rude while taking order. I ask her to be calm and she reply rudely saying I am tired and health not good... employer should look into it

Good food and good service for the couple times I've eaten here. However, I tend to avoid it as I had one bad experience. A while back I used a coupon and the cashier said, "another coupon, everyone is being cheap today." Honestly, the friendliest staff and the most pleasant. I have only been here twice, but you can tell the staff are just happy people. Would come back just for the employees.

The cashier is very unpleasant and and not knowledgeable in her work like getting your order. I hope A&W will hire a cashier who have common sense and easily understand customers. I ordered 2 Can dine mozza burger showing the coupon with picture and asked me if it’s dine ... in and i said take out and she gave me 2 mozza burger instead without fries and drinks but i told her from the beginning she don’t need to give me straw or tissues and she should asked why i’m talking about straw if she won’t give me drinks.
