Y93 Sushi Crave Japanese Cafe - Calgary, Alberta

Everything is carefully prepared from very fine ingredients - I’ll never badmouth tofu again - it had contrasting mouth textures and subtle sweetness that made me think of pastry (maybe even a bit like a cinnamon bun)! Ummmm. (Stopped before the last bite attempting photographic proof):

Really nice atmosphere and environment. Service is excellent. I had the shoyu tonkotsu ramen and it was acceptable but I’ve had way better ramen in Toronto. I also drank a honey jasmine bubble tea with cream foam top; 100% delicious and really hit the spot.

Y93 Sushi offers a delightful dining experience! We tried the ramen and potato cakes. The ramen was simple but flavorful and satisfying. The highlight was definitely the potato cakes – they were extremely fluffy and delicious. I had lunch at this small sushi restaurant/ cafe. It has a relaxed atmosphere and decent service. I had a salmon poke bowl, which wasn't the greatest. A small, but CUTE Japanese cafe with exceptionally delicious authentic Japanese food. Can’t help, but mention the friendliness of staff. Loved the place!
