Where to begin, walked in for dinner. There were four people in the restaurant I was solo. I sat down and apparently cause I didn’t order alcohol. That didn’t seem to go over that well as the waitress kind of huff about it. And have to gain when I wasn’t ... ready to place my order, because I was trying to figure out what gluten-free option to eat because they don’t really have gluten-free per Se. I did order and she delivered the food. She never came back and checked on me. She never asked me if I was all right she never did anything including not delivering the bill, so I got up to pay the bill. And they tried to promt 20% tip. I had a burger and fries if you mess that up well, there’s something wrong it was average it was a burger and fries. But the service was atrocious. Let’s go to phase 2 !I walk in in the morning to have breakfast, Breakfast is over so you must order off of the regular day menu. So I sat down and I waited and I waited and I waited and I waited. The two staff members were cleaning the buffet up and ignore me. So I walked out. I did go to the front desk and tell them they didn’t really seem to care either. The service was terribly slow, it seemed like they were short a bartender and maybe another waitress. The food was mediocre at best, the ribs being a particularly low point because they tasted like vinegar. We went because we were in the hotel and it was convenient but we opted to ... just go get Wendy's the other nights we stayed. Read more

The food was really good, for being 5 steps away from my room. Honestly nothing to complain about. The staff was nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The beer was good and the fries tasted awesome! Ignore the 1 star review about the girl with the salmon, sounds like she ... was just having a bad day and took it out on the restaurant. Why would you even get salmon at a hotel anyways 😂 10/10! Service not good. Food hardly edible. From the description on the menu salmon sounded wonderful. Not sure what this was. Over cooked salmon maybe from a “captain high liner” reject?. Some weird sauce. Rice pilaff was some steamed white rice coloured with chicken stock. Nothing else. Not even the fresh ... cilantro it should at least have. Fresh seasonal veg (?), the best thing on the plate even though peppers and carrots I am pretty sure are ready in fall in Canada 😂 . No service staff came back after food was delivered to ask how it was. I ate it. I am tired and on a short turn around. Staff too busy watching TV as opposing to helping the 5 customers in the restaurant. 3rd time in 15 years I have not left a tip. Not worth the money. Would not recommend. Read more

Service was mediocre, always have to wave down a waiter to get any plates or drinks removed from the table, food was delicious drinks we're on par, the only downside was you always had to wave over a waiter to come and service our table.
