Went with family while on holiday in Calgary. Really enjoyed it food was so good service was very good. Definitely worth a visit

The food was good but small portion. Low value for money. We waited at the front for about 10 min for the table while we saw available tables inside. We still waited because of the 4.2 rating on Google so we didn't just leave. After we were seated and ... ordered, it took over 25 minutes for food to come. Another couples who went in 10 minutes before us finished eating while we were still waiting for the food. The waitress didn't say anything about the delay, or maybe she didn't acknowledge it. The kids' meal with Belgium waffle didn't come properly as the cream was missing. For a $140 brunch for 2 adults 3 kids, money can be better spent elsewhere. Do not recommend it. Read more

It had been a while since we had been to Starbelly. We live close by, and had always wanted to love and support this place since it opened. Unfortunately we had not had very good experiences, and had not been back in years. Wow, Dave and his crew have ... really turned things around! We recently stopped in for a drink and quick bite, and found the food to be very good (fun new menu- something for everyone), the service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance comfortable and inviting. We will definitely be back. We are thrilled that we have a neighbourhood place to go for a nice supper, or for drinks with friends. Read more

OMG!!!! As I took my first bite of the Truffle Mushroom Benny... Foreinger's song "I want to know what love is" was playing. Let me tell you!! It is love!!!! The hollandaise is unbelievable, out of this world! Grill toasted English muffin!!!! So many place don't even toast them. My partner ... and I 9rdered a different Benny and then shared. She ordered the Capicola + brie... Taste of flavor country met with a spicy, creamy, sweet medley. Side of tasty seasoned hashbrowns. It's absolutely amazing. Magic on a plate. The restaurant is clean, open, and unique. The open kitchen is a delight. We look forward to coming back, but we both said it would be hard to order something else, knowing how good these dishes are. This is one of my favourite restaurants in the south. Service has always been amazing and I’ve always been happy with the food. However, I was underwhelmed by the brunch menu during my visit yesterday. I asked for a lunch menu but was informed that the full menu ... was not offered till 2 PM on Saturdays. My chicken and waffle was just ok. I didn’t mind the disappointment with the food as the service was incredible. I’ll probably not come back for lunch on the weekend but will definitely visit again for dinner. Read more
