In room dining was way better than expected, cheeseburger, salad and chocolate cake. Chef was polite and really helpful, personal guarantee I would love the housemade chocolate cake, did not disappoint. Ric’s Lounge in room dining at Sheraton Four Points in Calgary NE.

The wait-staff was well attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with great music playing. I had the clam chowder cup to start. It was a bit bland (couldn't actually taste any clam,) and as thick as water. Wouldn't recommend it if you love chowder. My main meal was the Kobe beef ... burger, with a caesar salad. The salad was fine, but not great. The burger though. All kinds of phenomenal. I would come back for the burger and simply choose a different side. Huge selection at the brunch buffet (free for the hotel guests) and the food during supper was delicious! Service was just okay and it took around 20+ mins for a pizza but once received, it was hot and tasty!

Average priced, ampt amount of seating room for different group sizing. You will see more hotel guests than others here. The service was mediocre and food was nothing too special. The portions were ok also. Good place just to grab a quick bite without much expectations.

This has fast become one of our new family favourites! We've been here a half dozen times, and are always treated with kindness respect and receive exemplary service. Staff is attentive to our needs, the food is incomparable and during our last visit the chef went above and beyond to create a ... meal suited to my Uncle's special diet.
