You guys have the best chicken sandwich I've ever tried in my entire life. I almost cried of joy and happiness while eating it. "Melting in bliss" are the words I'd use to describe the experience of eating this sandwich. It's been a hot minute since we have been here (like, pre-covid times) and the quality is nothing short of how I remember it. The food looks as good as it tastes, I had the Journey Bowl and the plating was beautiful (massive kudos to the kitchen staff). ... Phoenix was nothing short of amazing! She was attentive, on top of everything and had all the patience with my kidlet's inability to wait their turns :D. She also assured us of our questions in regards to meals that were Gluten-Free. We had an amazing brunch here and they have excellent gluten-free options and definitely know how to prepare food safely! Delicious! I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was phenomenal. Will be back to try everything else on the menu!

Amazing food! Blue Star Diner gave a truly wonderful dining experience. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend.
