Ordered Matcha mochi. No matcha flavor and the mochi was dried and hard! I took out all those dried mochi and didn’t even finish the ice cream. Please use fresh ingredients instead being cheap. The one I had in chinook location was chewy and fresh. Not going back to this place anymore.
This place is amazing, especially Neelam who served me today, and the male coworker too. They’re fantastic people and I love a healthier alternative to a delicious treat. I also left my cat purchases around here one time (after buying the kitty stuff elsewhere in the mall), and staff so ... kindly tucked it behind the cash register for me. If anyone needs a recommendation, I usually get watermelon + cookies and cream flavur blend. Read more
