Vitality Tap - Calgary, Alberta

Used to buy these poke bowls all the time, and if you learn how to customize to exactly what you like they are worth the money and soooo delicious. I’ve moved further from this location but will still make the trek back for a bowl when I can!!!

I ordered a California Chicken Wrap for Lunch, super disappointing. It was mostly rice and the chicken was the of the manipulated and frozen kind. The number of vegetables was pathetic. Tasted like something I would throw together in a wrap from leftovers in my fridge. Waste of money.

First time trying this place after years of walking past. It is bad, zero flavour in the Hawaiian bowl, very little tuna, and something has definitely gone bad in the ingredients, either in one of the sauces or the pineapple? Couldn't even eat it. Just tried Vitality Tap for the first time today... Enjoyed the Hulk Poke Bowl for lunch: Was it healthy and delicious? Yes, it was really good. Am I full? No. Was it worth the $16 price tag ($17 with tip)? In my opinion, no. Would I return? Only if the price went down or the ... portions went up. Read more

I have to agree with Amber H's review. Used to love this place. Now prices have gone up, which I would be okay with but the dishes have changed and not for the better. The Caliente bowl was my favorite but the Avocado dressing it was served with and gave ... it great flavor is no longer part of it which makes it bland. Also loved the Transformer but it's now too spicy and not my taste. Very disappointing as I was here 2-3 days a week. Will be taking my business elsewhere.... Read more
