I have only been here once, but had a pretty decent experience overall. My Orange Julius' shake turned out to be very tasty, cold, and refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. And my order came exactly as I asked for it to be. It's too bad that the Dairy Queen ... attached to this location is not a "restaurant" (ie. I wish I could give 0 star. Very rude staff. The manager was even worst and yelled at me when they mad wrong drink. Never going back

I just ordered a medium Royal Blizzard and when I received it it was oozing from the side and dripping all over. Obviously, she couldn't flip it up side down. I ask if they inforce the policy.
