Have ordered two berry bananas smoothies, despite the fact that it didn’t taste good, tasted like slushy apple juice, because staff don’t follow the recipes completely after asking for a few napkins the behaviour and the attitude of the staff require to be better, never will come there again!

While waiting for my orange juice (that wasn’t squeezed in front of me and was just poured from the metal cup that was on the counter for whoever knows how long 🤔) I watched gold digger getting served with no ginger, no lemon, no almond milk, no turmeric in a ... blender from Blushing Mango! 🤢 Great ways to cut the cost and charge customers $10! No wonder this place is still open and can afford to pay rent! I agree with other comments - this location is hurting the brand as a whole. Won’t be ordering Jugo again when I am in chinook. The old man at the counter does not know customer service. Menu clearly says $0.5 for tapioca but he charged me $1.50 each. He said cause I ordered large size. Never heard any other place charge $1.50 for tapioca cause of large size. Ordered my regular order which is a kale aid and was extremely disappointed. Wish I had tried it before I had left. Extremely watered down and VERY bitter, and definitely missing a few ingredients.
