Jugo Juice - Calgary, Alberta

I usually have a good experience at Jugo Juice, but I have a medical condition involving colon and I ran in there to use the bathroom. I was crying in pain and begging and the lady (I believe the manager or owner of that location) said customers only. I said ... fine I’ll buy anything you want if you please let me go to the bathroom and she treated me like a criminal and refused to let me go. Well the bathroom outcome wasn’t good and she finally let me in when it was too late. I asked for her name and she refused to give and head office refused to give the name. She mouthed me off and was extremely rude and unprofessional. From person to person we should treat each other as decent human beings and she just wouldn’t . It was 9:30 am at the location sage hill Calgary . If this is how they treat people In a manager position I can’t imagine their service being very kind when it comes to serving customers. We purchased more than 10 dollar worth of food and drinks and was given one napkin. Asked for a couple more napkins and we were given paper towels... this is NOT something you wipe your face with... especially for a kid! Very disappointing since we eat here pretty much every ... week after a swimming class... Read more

This is a great place to recover after a good workout. Very nice staff, very attentive and accomodating. Our ladies group is in love with the Mighty Kale, Kale Aid and Green Glow juices/smoothies. They are very refreshing. Some of us have made many requests and they are always willing ... to accomodate them to our needs. Very clean place and the service is very fast. Thanks!! Read more

Good place to eat especially after an exercise, the food is relatively fresh here. The workers are usually nice. But the prices are definitely way to high for the portions of food you get. 6 dollars for a small wrap worth less than 3 dollars is charging way to much.

Usually a good place to go but there's these 2 female employees that were rude and careless about the quality of their product. They refused to fix their errors and had horrible customer service.
