Amazing grocery store with incredible selection and super fresh produce Great staff Cafe Food is delicious but served in plastic bowls - doesn’t fit the values of the company I find Atmosphere is not like a cafe - atmosphere It’s a couple chairs in a grocery store aisle. I have gone twice in the last three weeks. One needs to get early to guarantee a seat. There is a variety of food to choose. The salad bar and hot items are buffet style and are charged by weight. Great food at a great price. I will definitely be coming back here again. The carrot cake is probably the best I've had in my life. Seriously if you want a treat, stop by and get a slice of that carrot cake. It's killer... And it's also vegan :)

Limited selection and very expensive but it is all clearly labelled which is helpful and makes choosing food easier. The store hasnt changed in 20 years other than adding a seafood section which is offensive to the senses. Didnt find anything new, and lots of items are available elsewhere for cheaper. ... Great place, great service and outstanding selection of high quality groceries, natural supplements, remedies, etc. And of course, the cafe where you can find nice variety of fresh prepared food whether to eat there or takeout. Only issue could be parking because it is tight and packed.
