Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE. I asked if they had Lychee jelly before my order. She said yes, so I ordered a taro milk tea, no ice - or as little as possible and regular sugar and this is what I got. I take a sip and the texture is nothing I've ... ever experienced with a milk tea. It's like a super runny cream of wheat.... Powdery and Sandy. A 3.5 for the typical chain bbt place but better bbt than the general mom/pop store. Approx 5-6$ for a drink. There is a good variety of drinks you can get here with options of more or less sugar/ice. Its an ok place to get a bbt fix.

Sometimes they run out of tapioca pearls and it leaves me wondering how they could run out of tapioca pearls at a place where selling them is almost their #1 priority. I really wanted to try Taro smoothie.I got the 50% sugar best choice ever.Its very busy but worth the wait.its across dragon city China town.I wish I got smaller size it’s to big the large.I was being very greedy.

My favourite boba place to get jasmine green milk tea. Line ups do get pretty long though. Theres something about these pearls that I like so much more compared to other stores. Give this place a shot!
