I ordered carrot juice. It's a hit and miss on quality as mine was quite bitter. $8.00 juice should be of highest quality. Great staff, excellent service.

I've been here a few time's never had an issue with the staff or smoothies but saying you open at 7am and then not actually being open is not right. I waited almost 20 mins and no one was there so I left, and as I was leaving the lights ... came on. If your not going to open at 7am please at least change your posted hours so people dont show up and sit there. Read more

I really like Booster Juice in general and since this Garrison location is close to my house, I go there a lot. The service is so bad I just had to write a review. It pains me to keep supporting this store but I do so only because of the ... location. On a weekend, there are often 5-8 customers waiting for their food, looking at each other not knowing whether to laugh or scream. Orders take a LONG time and there is often no pattern to who gets served first and who has to wait 15 minutes. Many people have to approach the counter to explain that their order was done wrong, or to ask when it will be ready. The staff look flustered and occasionally, irritated. Last weekend I ordered a wrap and a smoothie; 10 minutes after my smoothie was ready I asked how my wrap was doing and they said 'sorry we forgot to put it on the grill'. 80% of the time when I order a 'snack combo' the cashier looks at me blankly like they've never heard of one. Umm, it's on your menu board. Am I the first person to order that item? The turnover is ridiculous, new people every time, each of them as untrained as the previous. I don't blame the staff so much as the manager or the franchise owner? Does anyone running this place actually care how it performs? Read more

You can not count on this shops opening times. They consistently do not open on time or even within the first 30 minutes. I’m surprised the franchise owner lets this happen
