Booster Juice - Calgary, Alberta

Terrible customer service. Went in half hour before close on a Sunday (March 17th) - and was told I couldn’t be served as they had to start cleaning up. There was no sign posted on the outside door that they were closed/closing early. The excuse didn’t seem reasonable as the ... employee said he wouldn’t get out of there for some time if he didn’t keep cleaning. Further, the employee noted that it was just him in the store, so he didn’t have the support. Seems this location doesn’t staff appropriately and doesn’t train staff. Have a bunch of kids working there, that have other priorities - evidently the owners also have other priorities since they don’t staff the store properly to support the employees. Not sure how you can pay employees or run a business, without having sales? Will be going to PurrTea exclusively in Signal Hill now for any smoothie orders. I’m normally more of a jugo juice person but Tuesday night i went to booster juice. My experience was wonderful. Normally when all the stuff is kids is never a great experience for me but that was not the case for me last night at booster juice signal hill. There ... were two young boys and one girl and the three of them were amazing. The young girl that took my order greated me with a huge smile and helped me decided what smoothie to get and it ended up being amazing!!! The boys did a wonderful job making it. Great selection of drinks. Tasty wraps. Monster balls are a must try. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Easy ordering

Located beside the banks in Stewart Green shopping area, Booster Juice is a good option for a quick stop when you need some replenishment. My rating is 4 simply because the menu is different from the main board, online and on the till cards. Plus the font is so tiny ... up on the hoards that anyone with less than perfect vision may be squinting to read. The staff were very friendly and speedy. Pop in if you’re around the area! Read more

It was a busy time when we went there. Service was fast. Staffs are nice and the store is very clean. You'll know that the staffs do care about the cleanliness of the store.
