Went for lunch yesterday and it was a very disappointing experience. The service was very slow and server was not at all friendly or attentive. The food came out cold and didn't have flavor. She never came back to ask how our meals were, no refills offered on pop. Although it ... wasn't busy, she we had to attempt many times to flag her down for the bill. She saw that we barely touched our food and asked, "was everything okay?" And before I could answer she took the plates and was gone. We waited another 5 minutes for our bill. The bill said one amount, and the amount in the terminal was higher. When asked, she said it's the tip. She cancelled and input the correct amount. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip. Visited the Windsor Rose Pub with friends and had a fantastic experience! The service was prompt and welcoming, and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxed lunch. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and I personally loved the shrimp Bao. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, ... and we're already planning to return on future trips to Calgary. Attended a friend's birthday party there. Wings were great. Attentive service. Last Best IPA on tap. Thought maybe prices were mid-high but I don't get out much so given the way grocery prices are going maybe in par these days.

Not so good. I ordered my steak medium and got a ultra cooked one. Wife’s cod was meh. Drink were good and child chicken fingers were acceptable. Soup of the day was really good

Had a good time here. Service was fast, and everything was delicious. Waitress was lovely, washrooms were clean (hand soap had a nice smell). My friends and I were there until late, and everybody loved the food. Their chicken wings were delicious.
