Over all great first impression from Hose and Hound. Atmosphere is very nice and bright with a few of flat screens with sports on. The food is where it's at, I enjoyed my fish and chips and my wife liked her spinach dip. The Fish pieces are a ... decent size compared to other's I've had in Calgary. Only bad things I've got to say are one the price for a glass of fountain pop being 5 bucks?? Wow is all I can say... And the washroom is very small couldn't imagine drinking to heavy here. Great food and good selection, little lacking in service and refills

Have passed this Inglewood establishments many times and finally stopped in for lunch today. The building is a former city fire hall and the decor reflects its former use. The food was good, the service was excellent and the lunch hour atmosphere was quite nice. The sound levels were not ... loud, at all. I ordered the steak sandwich and my wife had the taco salad. Both dishes were well prepared, with good portion sizes. My one complaint: I asked for my steak to be rare, but it was more medium. It was still delicious and good to eat. They emphasize sports as part of the atmosphere and there were several televisions broadcasting hockey and the Scotties women’s curling. My buddy and I popped in the Hose last night for wing night. First timers, and very impressed. It has a great atmosphere band the food came out quick, and hot, and very delicious. Our server was fantastic as well. The wings are nice size, with lots ... of flavours to chose from. Try the fries. OMG, you don't normlly say that about fries, but she was right, they're great.
