Fantastic experience. Molly was our server, we sat on the patio, had a few beers, some dry ribs, chicken casadilla and fish n chips. Middle of Kensington location with lower than average prices for the area. Has the vibe of a pub in a much lower rent area, which is absolutely fine. The food was very average. The menus themselves were incredibly filthy and covered in food. Pros: Good prices for the areas. Good specials. Cons: not ... very clean. Went for half price pizza. Staff were great, and the atmosphere was great. There was a long line, but I was solo and sat at the bar.

Coincidentally ended up coming to this bar twice in the past month and had two separately great experiences. First experience we had a table about 20 of us and server (Jill) did a fantastic job taking care of everyone and organizing bills at the end of the night. Second experience ... the bar was packed and the bar manager moved tables around to accommodate us. He totally did not have to do this and it is very appreciated as a customer. Hands down the best pub in Calgary! The service is incredible - Molly & Sam are superstars but the whole team makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is down to earth and friendly, the food specials are unbeatable - and it's always hot and fresh out of the kitchen. ... Their wings are my favourite! The owner Mike is a wonderful, friendly guy that makes this place what it is. I went in for brunch on my birthday one time and was surprised with a gift basket of a whole bunch of swag - they really go above and beyond!
