Came here for Punk Rock Bingo. Host and DJ were great, loved the atmosphere. The food was ok, not bad not good. My wife said she would give the food a 4/5. Service was on time and accurate, but I don't think our server said more than a few words ... to us. Would I go back for Punk Rock Bingo? Absolutely. Would I ever go back for just food and drink? The best pub in Calgary for people / social vibe and reasonably priced food and drinks. It's an institution in Calgary. Busy most nights. Highly recommend.

We visited on an evening in June; the weather was perfect; sunny yet not too hot. Got patio setting. They have a rich menu but we were just there to chillax and drink. I got some guava flavour draught and I liked it. I was not hungry but when I saw ... the server drop off a burger, it looked so good I had to right the urge to order one. They have ample patio setting with nice views in the heart of 17th avenue. Inside setting is also available and looks cozy. A classic British style pub. Always busy which is a good sign. The food menu is massive, and the prices are extremely competitive, so I was expecting poor quality. How can you make quality meals with such a large menu and no profit margin? Well, they make great food, I ... really enjoyed the hot chicken sandwich. The beer selection is phenomenal too. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the interior was really cool looking. If you're looking for good pub style food, this is it! They also have a good drink menu. Our group ordered Nachos, Burgers, Fish&Chips, pizza and more. They were all very good!
