Ricky’s All Day Grill - Calgary, Alberta

We came here for brunch last week around 11:45. It was surprisingly quiet and parking was available near the entrance! We were greeted politely and the server was very pleasant and courteous. The restaurant was a little quiet inside as well but it began filling up after a little while. The ... servers did a great job and brought food out quickly! Came here on a whim at supper time and was not disappointed. Seated relatively quickly and we got the drinks super fast. The food took a little longer than you’d expect but not too bad. Decent late-lunch experience. We came around 1pm, to a nearly empty restaurant. For how few tables there were service was a little slow. The food was consistent with other Ricky’s locations; comfort food, nothing fancy. Not sure the food is worth the price. The coffee was better than I expected.

Had a very nice lunch here. New building, very clean and fresh. Food was made well and very tasty. I had a chicken sandwich of some sort with this spicy maple sauce, well balanced portion size was perfect for lunch, more burger than fries not filling me up with junk. ...
