Drinks were very good 👍 Starter was so delicious and cheesy 🧀 We had 3 rounds of all you can eat ribs. Ribs were very tasty and freshly hot. My sirloin, perfectly cooked as requested and juicy steak 😋

The service was very slow for us and it took a long time to order. The manager apologized and comped our meals. The ribs were very good and overall we were happy with the food (we did have to ask for a few missing sides). Despite the manager coming around, ... service was still slow for the entireity of the meal. We will give this restaurant a second chance because we appreciated the effort and enjoyed the food. I've been here many times but never been this disappointed. Went here with a couple buddies for All You Can Eat Ribs here. I would advise everyone not to order All You Can Eat Ribs and just order something else. The first rack of ribs was fantastic! When I ordered for a ... second round, they will give you a half rack (which is fine) but VERY dry and does not have a lot of flavour in it. I thought it was just a mistake so I ordered another one and that was even worse! I told our waitress because there's something wrong with the ribs that I'm getting and she said she'll tell the chefs. I ordered my 3rd half rack and I feel like they didn't change anything and it was the worst compared to all of it. Really leaves me questioning the customer service here. I ordered dessert just to let it go and at least I was satisfied with it. Highly recommend it (forgot the name already). Overall, this restaurant has downgraded when all the restrictions are lifted and I'm very disappointed. Came here many times and that will be my last visit. If you have the option, I would not recommend here. When arriving, they refused accommodations for someone who was disabled and couldn't stand for a long period of time. We even offered to bring a chair over ourself, and was denied that. I believe her name was Marquita, who was ... very nonchalant and could care less about the difficulty of having a disability. We were told the wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes and it was 23, which wasn't terrible. But, after we got seated, we waited another 12 minutes before someone even came to greet us or take drink orders. They did seem to be understaffed, so we kind of let that slide as well. We started off with the antejelos? I think that was the name of it? But they were cold, they didnt even feel like they were cooked, and they forgot to put the meat in them! So we sent them back, and they did take them off the check. We also ordered the Kapow shrimp, which was really good. However, when it came to ordering the main dishes......wow. There was some major miscommunication between the staff and kitchen. My order was wrong, just everything. So I ordered something that someone else had, and it was actually good. Even though it took a while to get, and everyone was finished eating by time I got my food. So that sucked. Most of it I just took to go. The only saving grace was that our server Aaliyah was super sweet, and accommodating to the best of her ability. It was about 45-50 dollars per person, not including a tip. I personally think that was a lot. I don't feel like the quality, and certainly not the service, or experience matched the price point. I was looking forward to some good Alberta beef. Our server was great but the beef was 2 levels over cooked. The vegetable nachos were good. Our server recommended medium when I normally choose rare, unfortunately when the steak arrived it was beyond well done. A lady in our party ... who ordered well done got 25% charcoal.
