Sat at the bar and Diego and Kyle was attentive and took care of things promptly. Made sure my water was topped off and took away my plates as I finished. Never rushed. Food came out in good time and not stacked on top of each other. The steak did have a ... little too much seasoning, however, it was overall very good and made exactly as I ordered it, medium rare. Excellent all around. Food was fresh and well prepared and presented. Taste was excellent. Service was very good, although our entrees arrived before our beverages. Our first time in Canada, and this was our first stop we were so hungry and needed some food before our roadtrip to Banff for our honeymoon. Instantly we were greeted with the sweetest tentative staff, night manager Cole sat us right away and treated us like natives! Even though ... we are from Texas! We loved the all the things we tried the truffle fries for the appetizer and I had the ravioli for entree was phenomenal! Husband had the Joey steak and some fried mash potato thing (crispy mashed potatoes) it was so delicious we had never had anything like it! The flavor in all the food was amazing! Crème bruelee cheesecake for dessert was so scrumptious! They even wrote congrats on the plate! We had a champagne toast! Service was absolutely above and beyond! Colby was helping serve us aswell such kind staff! They treated us newly weds like kings and queens! Loved the atmosphere aswell it was beautiful inside and out! Definitely coming back! Read more

I don’t even know what to say. I was having a very hard day and these guys went not just the extra mile, but seriously showed how much they care about not just customers, but people in general. It’s not just about making money to them, it’s them sharing compassion, ... and listening to the people that come in for whatever reason. On one of my worst days, they ensured that I was not only ok, but did their best to support a difficult time. They treated me like family, and you don’t find that many places these days. I WISH I could give more than 5 starts. Yesterday we put down our beloved dog, and decided to get out of the house and go for a late lunch. We chatted with the hostess for a few minutes and our rough day ended up coming up in conversation. Firstly, ... she was very empathetic and sweet, which we appreciated immediately. Before leaving, she came and gave us flowers and a card 💛😭🐾 I was a previous Earls manager for 6 years, and I have to say this was the most genuine experience I’ve ever had.
