Our experience at Joy Restaurant was disappointing due to the waitress's attitude. Not only did she fail to mention the happy hour specials, but her overall demeanor suggested she was uninterested in providing us with good service. It felt like she was doing us a favor by taking our order ... rather than genuinely wanting to assist us. Her lack of enthusiasm and neglect to inform us about promotions left us feeling undervalued as customers.
