A very nice place, just located in what some might refer to as a sketchy neighborhood. The staff were very polite and engaging during my visit. The Decimate Metalfest was abruptly cancelled without ANY notification to promoters and/ or bands a mere couple of weeks prior to the festival back at the start of July 2019 by the owners of County Line. Whether the food is good or not, the environment and atmosphere is lively or ... not, cancelling an entire festival out of the blue is unprofessional to the enth degree. This place has lost the business of myself and every metalhead in Calgary that I know of. Businesses are supposed to be professional, and the County Line cannot deliver on that. Read more

Just cancelled a handful of shows no warning nothing. Even took it upon themselves to close other promotion companies event pages they had access to without contacting the promoters. Can't trust this place anymore.

Cancelled multiple shows last minute with no notice or explanation. Extremely unproffessional. No sense of how to effectively run a business. Definitely do not recommend this venue.

I'm sitting here, right now, waiting for Uli Jon Roth. I've been here for 1 hour and the waitress has not come by ONCE to ask if I would like a drink or to order any food. The bar itself is clean and comfortable but the service is awful!
