We went to Hadens block the day before we came here. We had such a great time at Hadens block so we decided to try their sister’s place called Comery block. It was our mistake. Food was great, but, our server at Comery block was really rude for no reason. ... When we sat down, she came for asking drink and I ordered Steeper, the red ale, which was on the menu, and the server said she does not know the name so she wanted me to say the ale type which is “red ale”. I felt something was off at this moment but we just went on with ordering the food. She EYE ROLLed when we weren’t fully decided what to order and gave us a very uncomfortable vibe. The food is superb, atmosphere is great with lots of draft and whiskey selections. Other servers seemed nice, only our table server was so rude and made us uncomfortable. Excelent service! Very kind people all of them. Great place, great food, recomended for all ages. It is not so expensive, taste of meals "excedes" the bill. We have been here a lot. Recently, the waiters behavior and random rules are really annoying us. One of our favorite meals is the brisket. We usually use the after 10 half off offer. The personnel keep changing the required number of drinks. There was no requirement for the drink ... about a few months ago. Then, they said one drink per brisket. Now, they are requiring one drink per person even if two people are sharing their meal. When we asked for an explanation, we got extremely rude behavior. The service was awful after asking about the rules. No cutlery at first. We had to ask for every little basic stuff. It used to be a great place, but now, their behavior is not unacceptable. Read more
