Ahahaahah this place is the funniest joke. $12 for 3 chicken and a handful of small fries. Rude staff, when asked for IDs the lady looked so disgusted to see it. If you try to catch the server she’ll just ignore you and you have to keep trying, if ... youre in the way the waitress will stand there like an idiot until you notice and move. If you only have one waitress for a bar you shouldve looked into other ladies serving as well. Yea four bartenders is so necessary when you are well aware a group of 30+ people are coming and you have others as well. We made a reservation if you couldnt handle that many for that night you couldve called told us or informed us the day of. Went there for my birthday and the waitress had an attitude from the get go. Had a reservation for 35 people and it was a tight squeeze and not everyone even showed up. If you can't handle that kind of group you should say so or be more prepared. Making ... people pay at the bar instead of doing your job and serving us is bad customer service. What a disappointment. I have been going to this bar for the last 6 years or so. I love the black lion, they have delicous pizza, pool and karaoke. The staff is great, and very friendly, plus as a little local pub everyone tends to know each other so the environment is very ... welcoming. Been there twice. The first time was about a year and a half ago because I desperately needed to pee and I decided to stay for the Tuesday steak special.
