The individual cakes look so delicious. The coffee tart is good. My favorite is Merveilluex and Sambo. The cream is light and not sweet. Some bases and top coating are sweet, but eat with black coffee for the breakfast are good. I will go and buy more when I visit ... Calgary. The only thing is pricey. I was in Calgary only for 2 days to watch a Leafs game. I Happened to stumble upon this place while I was looking for an Italian bakery and a beer shop....The pastries looked amazing from the window. Everything was so fresh. I grabbed an almond croissant. It was one ... of the best ones I have ever had... seriously.
