COBS Bread - Calgary, Alberta

Recently stopped in for a cinnamon bun and it was delicious but did seem to be a little underbaked. But delicious nonetheless😁

Not a fan of the White loaf at all. Very dense and thick. Not light and airy. It reminds me of Sourdough. I made cucumber, High tea sandwiches, and when trying to cut the crusts off, I flattened each slice. Won't eat that again. Garbage it went

This was my mom and I first time into a Cobbs bakery. The young lady was patient and explained all details of bread we were purchasing. We were so impressed by her knowledge and willingness to make us feel confident in our purchase. To top it off , she gave ... us 2 complimentary cinnamon buns to send us on our way. We loved the bread , cinnamon buns and especially the service at this location. Unfortunately we didn't get her name .. but feel like she must be a longtime employee, as she was so informative and seemed like she really enjoyed her job. Very good experience very quick to get the order and efficient staff members. Parking space was not an issue. There was lots of it in the front. They had a very good selection and variety of scones. And the people I brought them to really enjoyed them.

I love how everything tasted like home made with simple ingredients and always fresh! Been coming here few times a week to get bread, scones and so much more - usually in the morning before noon. Most staff are friendly, helpful and always offer great suggestions when unsure of what ... to pick! However, there is one Caucasian lady who is not friendly at all. Read more
