Nice mall with spacious parking lots and many stores. Walmart is the anchor store. Clean environment.

Don't get the outdoor concept of this mall, especially in a city like Calgary where the weather is unpredictable, and over 6 mos of it is winter. Not a place to stroll and shop around like a proper mall would offer. I usually go to the shop im ... interested and then leave. Parking is not great either. The recent food court renovations is now the second time in one decade the owners of this mall has screwed over OPA owners. Both owners I personally talked to and were not compensated for their loss in their own business and livelihood. Disgusting business practices. Furthermore the children's playground that was ... beside the food court was completely removed in the latest renovations (2024) and no kids space is present at all. Instead there's many rows of ghastly tables and seats completely unfilled. As a parent I really don't want to come here with my kids. Before families where here regularly. And the market that's now taking up huge space has everything overpriced by a lot. Yet another reason I don't want to come here. Oh and the owners still have their heads in the sand about their horrible traffic design. Trying to get out of this place in my car when it's busy is a nightmare, and it would be a war zone if this place actually got busy. The owners and executives running this place are willing to spend money clearly but not willing to actually make thoughtful decisions, and continue to screw over their tenants. This is all in 10 years. What does the future bring? I'm not optimistic. Read more

The Block Party is a riot! The whole daily enjoyed the roller skating (cost is a donation to a charity to cover the skate/helmet/safety gear rental and free bowling! Linny the instructor was encouraging and truly loves to share roller skating with others. The skate rentals are cool ... prints and patterns to help you feel cool even when you fall 😆 I think you can roll up in your own roller blades/skates and skate for free. We loved our time at Deerfoot City and look forward to their colorful, interactive art installations, truly a blast! The food court is currently under construction as they are putting in LINA'S Italian Deli, and we are looking forward to it! Read more

After renovation...this place is really good. Lots of new stores opened and the food court...amazing. The parking lot is surrounded by the whole complex. Different vendors and stores make it a nice and enjoyable experience. Like to shop and eat around Deerfoot city.
