Food was good, but not what I expected. I ordered the Beef Bulgogi which in my experience has thin layers of beef fried up, sometimes almost crispy. But this incarnation was a thicker meat which is okay, but not cooked crispy. I suppose I could have asked for it ... well fine had I known what to expect. Another small problem was the size of the meat. They should have chopped it smaller, considering the only utensils available were a fork and chopsticks. Having to use my hands to tear a piece of meat was not ideal. Overall, I found the restaurant okay. I would repeat, but I would make some changes to my order, or get a completely different dish. Very tasty food. Mostly pretty clean and not to busy. But its not 'fast' Good, usually takes about ten minutes to get your order. But most would consider that a positive since each meal is made more or less individually. It's quite pricey though. Considering the ingredients it seems a bit ... higher than most places. Read more

Some of the best staff I've ever had the absolute pleasure to chat with over my lunch-hour. Some time ago now I used to frequent them 3-4 times a week. They all made an effort to get to know me by name, my preferences and greet me warmly (even when ... super busy). My work-schedule has changed and I've not been eating here as often, but I still make it a point to try and stop by (usually bringing some co-workers) every few weeks to grab a bit to eat and have a chat with the staff. They're just as polite and friendly as always. That the food is great (and a relatively healthy option) is just a bonus to what is most excellent customer service. Kudos! Read more
