I love supporting local businesses so I don’t want to be too harsh but this was not great, verm noodles were overcooked, the chicken sweet n sour was soggy, beef verm was overcooked and there was way too much sauce… service is great but gotta improve the taste a ... bit. Still edible though. Thanks! Read more

Some of the best Vietnamese subs in town! I love the KA sub with paté. It's really unique and I usually buy two when I go! Better than Thai Tai.

Decided to have a snack along 17th. The baguette was toasted well. The lemon grass chicken was tasty on the sweet side. The veggies crisp. It combined for a flavour bomb. Not your typical banh mi!

Very tasty Banh Mi from Kim Anh. On this order, we tried the Special KA sub, chicken satay, and beef satay. Each sandwich was made well. The bread was toasted with a crispy skin but also fluffy and soft on the inside. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh. The meat was ... tender and well seasoned/marinated. The satay sandwiches did not have as much satay flavor (more so sweet and a little bit creamy) as I would have liked but I still enjoyed it. I also would have preferred a bit more pate for the special KA sub. The ratio of the meat and fixins to bread was very good. These sandwiches are a noticeably thinner and maybe a bit shorter, and at a higher price, than some of the other places I have gone to so the value did not feel as worth it. Otherwise, overall a good experience and I would recommend giving Kim Anh a try. Read more

I love ordering the assorted cold cut sub and mango smoothie. The assorted sub with the pate and mayo is flavourful 5/5. The mango smoothie is refreshing and not made from powder. I asked for less sugar and it was perfect!!
