One of the OG spots in Calgary for mini hot pots we’ve been going to for years and it will be missed! Great deals, pretty yum food for what you pay for, and the service has always been great. Since I came here in Canada this is our go to place to eat, specially in the winter times. The serving is good for the price. Since 2016 they never change their prices and quality of food. For the customer service it’s just 3 stars tho. There are some visits that ... the server is nice, but some of them are not. But can’t deny that their menu is really good. Read more

The Mango Bubble Tea here is amazing! They even put jelly Mango in the drink instead of the black bubbles, which is so much better. The owner is so friendly and caring. She really knows how to anticipate what you really want even if you don't know how to explain it. I ... also highly recommend the watermelon juice too! Service of extremely delicious drinks with a friendly smile is the best. This is all done quickly. There is easy access and loads of parking too. Read more

Food and bubble tea was amazing. Fantastic portion sizes at a reasonable price point. They were out of a few things on the menu so we were a bit disappointed to not get what we were hoping for. The menu ordering off the iPad is a little overwhelming but once ... you figure out how to do modifiers your good. The server was friendly but wasn't around very much. Hot Point is one of my favourite hot pot places in Calgary, & I feel it is so underrated! The service is usually questionable, but I honestly could care less when the food is amazing. It was my first time back after quite a while, & was pleasantly surprised they did renos & ... changed to an iPad ordering system. I was sad they raised their hot pot prices from $11 to $15, but it's still a great deal because it comes with rice & we always share 1 pot between 2 people. My go-to is the Tom Yum Goong flavour, but it was my first time trying the beef soup, which was equally delicious! The soups are completely loaded up with ingredients & the soup broths are soo flavourfuI. We didn't order any this time, but they have tons of bubble tea options.
