Adobo Experience - Calgary, Alberta

I had a great experience here. I ordered sizzling gambas, sizzling sisig and bulalo and it tastes really good!! They also serve a cold red horse which really takes me back home. There is also a live band every friday and saturday which adds to the experience!!

Ordered Adobo through Uber Eats and man, I love the stuff they make. So grateful to have an authentic Filipino place in Calgary that tastes like home! Even labelled my order nicely which was a nice touch:) I ordered Adobo rice for some other dishes i have at home and ... they give the rice generously! so awesome. will come to dine in for sure, also their Tofu sisig is DELISH!!! tried it last year and it was chefs kiss. This restaurant was recently added in our area on Uber Eats. The Bulalo has been a household favorite. We have ordered it almost every week or two for a few weeks now. The bulalo tastes like authentic beef bulalo. Today's order however, was unfortunately unsatisfactory. It tasted like the soup ... was for Batchoy or just wasn't seasoned well. It was off. I was wondering if this was a mistake or the restaurant is actually just not consistent with their quality. We may still order again. We are hoping this is a one-time mistake. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, we had a fun time. They have a Karaoke stage. Good for the group! Food is a bit cold and dry because they prep for us before we came. so I’d like to try different foods next time!

We enjoyed the food here especially the dinakdakan. So I decided to buy a take out for my family, but when we opened it at home the taste was different, it was bland, not spicy at all, cut was different, it even had a bone!!! and they use yellow onion ... instead of the red one like we had at the restaurant.
