Country Pizza - Calgary, Alberta

The pizza's delivered were still hot. Nice! The pizza's were pretty ordinary. All the toppings are a bit too granular for me. With all the toppings chopped to nearly the dimensions the pizzas lacked texture and interest. Crust was reasonable.

My family and I have been getting both our pizza and chicken take-out from here for years. Absolutely love their pizza. The quality has been consistent and they also accommodate specific requests like thin crust. Would recommend their peppeproni, beef lovers and BBQ chicken. Their chicken sandwiches are also among ... the best in the city hands down. The chicken is usually tender and juicy and although the sandwich is pretty basic and nothing fancy, it really hits the spot. Friendly staff, great quality food consistently and good value for money. It's safe to say that Country Pizza ranks among the top pizza spots in Calgary, and their chicken wings are unrivaled. The staff is exceedingly polite and courteous.

We have been to this restaurant couple of times. Both the times we had their spicy chicken sandwich, chicken pieces, and popcorn chicken. The chicken pieces were very tasty. The popcorn chicken was just right for my daughter. The chicken sandwich can be improved. This is mostly a take out ... restaurant, especially for pizza. But we have not tried their pizza yet as the price seems a bit higher than our neighboring pizza places. Probably we will give their pizza a try sometime in the near future.
