These people know how to party!!! Jen and Jeff are excellent at hosting events. We had our staff stampede party here yesterday and couldn't be happier with the food, drinks, atmosphere and how accommodating the staff were for our large group. The food here is always great, and usually the service is too. But today was very disappointing. I really want to thank Rachel who was working the front today for being so kind and helpful. She was the only reason we didn’t walk out of the place. The server we ... had was named Ainslee and she never even introduced herself to us, I had to find out her name from the receipt. I’m not sure if she was new, but even that doesn’t give her an excuse for being as rude as she was to us today. She literally threw the menu on the table, barely checked up on us, and never even smiled once, greeted us in any way, or was even acting remotely welcoming in any way. I was seriously sure it was her last day or something because she was acting like she could not even remotely care about our table or providing us with decent service in any way. Good bar. Busy for a Wednesday night. Wings were good but I wish they had like a garlic parmesean flavour but that's just me. One of the BEST ceasers I've ever had I could have drank those all night!!!

Boy friend said hed come back to Calgary just to eat here again, if your passing through, it’s worth the downtown chaos The only reason this didn’t get a five star was because they were out of the bulliet bourbon… and being a Oilers fans they had the Calgary game ... on… i know 14 in a row hurts… but they are in Alberta team and there was multiple TVs. Lol but seriously great experience I have a lot of food sensitivities and I hate being “that” customer so coming to a restaurant where I can actually eat food right off the menu is a treat. Boyfriend said his steak sandwich was one of the best he’s ever eaten, and my beetroot hummus was next level. Night 2… philly was delicious, buffalo burgers charred and lovely! #1 poutine on my informal survey of Calgary’s poutine scene. Great service and a wonderful patio. Their house beer was nice. Very good spot for a quick and delicious lunch. I’m sure dinner would be great here too. Worth the short walk away from the main 7th street food strip.
