It's really unappetizing to eat in a really dirty atmosphere. It's not even busy to begin with but the service is really slow tables are dirty the plates and all are still on tables and nobody is cleaning it there is one person who serves the orders and nobody cleans ... them even when we finish eating and left some tables are still left unclean but you will see alot of staff behind the counter making orders but no person to spare even just one to clean tables they will vlean one table when customers come to sit them . Management suck coz I saw the manager just roaming and then went inside the counter cashiering after. The food was great thou but service suck and you also need to order on the counter . One thing about Nando's is that they know how to make chicken right. I have ordered here a number of times before, and the chicken has been a hit. Recently, I tried their Peri Apple Arugula Sandwich and their Garlic Bread CLT Sandwich. Both had juicy, flavorful chicken with fresh, fluffy bread. ... The Peri-Peri sauce was delicious and a trademark deliciousness that I have come to expect from Nando's. This is why whenever I come by on a weekend, the place is bustling! Read more

I've liked their service and the food is also tasty. However, after a long time, I checked in to Nando's & discovered that they have changed their menu a lot and I missed my old favourite dishes as well.

Food is ok, a change from the regular fare of fast food. It took a long time to get my food compared to others before me I'm line and I didn't have any special variations to my order. I found the food luke warm when I got home 10 mins ... later so I'm wondering if it took a long time because it was left sitting because someone had forgotten the order. Read more

update my review... ( we are regulars here) came back in the late evening to dine with family again. I know we came at 10pm, but it's a big No, if you will raise up your chairs while there's still guest and you guys are still open. considering there's 2 supervisors ... or managers working at that time of the night., you should have just accepted pick up or take out orders. great food still. - 03-04-24 ########## Great food, great service, they really did well this visit.
