I usually don't like giving negative reviews, but sadly, I think I will do it this time. As a returning customer , I almost blamed myself for visiting this restaurant again.Apart from their unnecessary pricey food, the attendant (guess she's the owner) was super rude, impolite, and unfriendly. Ma'am, ... at least try to be smiling at your customers ; without us, you can't be in business. There's this inexplicable disdian manner she was looking at me and other customers as I was monitoring her while waiting to get my food.This attitude is really concerning for someone who is serving the public😟. I even thought she wasn't in a good mood when I visited 2 days earlier, but when I visited again two days later, it was pretty worse. You just lost a customer because I will never visit your restaurant again, even if it's free. Try to work on your customer service first because it is very terrible. First time here and don't think I'll be going back. Food tasted like it's been in the fridge for days and microwaved. Customer service is awful! I went with my son and Lil boy complained the jollof was not evenly heated through. Please don't order the okra soup, my 10yr ... old will make better okro soup. Went to have a dine-in lunch and at best this is mid. The best thing about this is that the food came quickly. Banga soup was ok, the okro soup was not. A two at best. A nice Nigerian restaurant in NE of Calgary. Food was good. Very good standard. Tasted fresh and homemade. We had Moimoi and assorted and another plate of beans and plantains. I found it slightly expensive though. Both plates cost $41. The beans and plantain jd no protein. Also, there was bit ... of queue. Like people were standing for like 8-10mins before being attended to and another 10/15mins before food is ready. Overall, I’ll come again, cause food was good. I went there for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. Good customer service, food preparation was fast, food was tasty and felt like home. I hope to come here again. Out of all I ate, my best is the Efo Riro. You have to try it! The Suya is ... really nice too. You can also get snacks like chinchin, puff puff, meatpie, etc. The aesthetic of the place is like a typical Nigerian restaurant and I love it. Read more
