Went for game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals! What a great night! Solid happy hour food/drink menu. Attentive and friendly service. I even won a free raffle they held and got a $25 gift card and a free bottle of their house-made hot sauce, which is absolutely delicious! (Almost ... finished the entire bottle already). So stopped here after many years, and while the decor and service was great, the wing special, calamari were so, so and really for what we received versus what we paid (2x drinks, 2x appies one being half price) at $60 would not go out of our way to dine ... there again. I know everything is up in price but we can go to other local restaurants and get more for less. Read more

What a disappointing experience at this place. I don't remember if I ever never left tip before but I honestly couldn't justify doing it this time. First; I asked for the specials when I arrived and the waitress said it was $2 off cocktails. I asked for a recommendation and I ... ordered the guava Mai tai. Then; when I ordered the market dip sandwich; she asked me which side; I asked for options and I ordered the Caeser salad which she never told me had an extra charge. On top of the already steep prices and lack of options. Then; she only offered water refill once despite my cup being empty for 90 minutes and after forgetting to bring it in the first place only after asking. Any decent restaurant brings water for people even without asking; what happened to that? The last and probably the most infuriating thing was when I asked for my bill. Only me out of all the people at the table but somehow the waitress decided it was time for everyone to go so she brought the bill for everyone. She never came back for us to pay so another waitress did and she got one drink wrong on another person's bill. I told her I was in a rush and needed to pay and she just took off and said she had to reprint all. OMG so annoying and rude. So no! No tip since you already kept the happy hour discount you didn't honour and charged me for a salad I didn't know wasn't included in the pricey sandwich. We ordered a pizza which came to the table completely burned/blackened. When we politely advised the server that that was unacceptable and requested a new pizza (asking that the kitchen aim for an under-baked remake), she turned a piece of the pizza over to inspect it (like it wasn’t ... obviously charred) and then gave us attitude for the remainder of our stay. The second pizza was ALSO burned, but apparently the kitchen and server thought it was acceptable to serve it with the crust lopped off - see pic. Nice modern place. Walked in and was seated right away but it took about 10 or 15 minutes before I was served. They were not quiet but not busy either. I had the Holy Grale burger and a non alcoholic drink. The burger was outstanding. Very friendly service just a ... bit slow. Would definitely repeat.
