Totally worth going for the view alone!! Restaurant but has limited menu choices and is pricey. Nice for a special night out but may be worth packing a picnic and checking out the park beside it because the view really is spectacular!! Included is pics of the roast lamb ... $45 (super tasty), the curry dish $20 (comes with whole peppers you can add in for super spicy or push aside) and the salmon that I heard was good $36 ish. The best Calamari in town! Beautiful view and hangout even if you're not going to dine at Horizons. Beware if you are going for dinner in heels theres a bit of an uphill walk from the parking lot or get dropped off at the front. Brought my parents here on a snowy evening for the dine out menu. Place was warm but very dark so you cannot see the food. Also bad for photography.
