Don Oso’s Restaurant - Burnaby, British Columbia

What seems to be a family owned restaurant, this small place serves up some really good tacos. They even have a kid's menu! Very friendly staff, we all enjoyed what we had, but the beef taco had some tough pieces in it. But a deal breaker though.

A gem! Family owned business. Amazing tacos and amazing service. Got both the medium and the hot salsas 😋. Just yum. Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!!!

Absolutely amazing little Mexican Joint. The customer service here is perfect. They were super nice and helpful, very easy to talk to. We ordered the Birria Tacos and a chimichanga. The Birria Tacos were amazing, tonnes of flavor, good portion too, nice heat. The chimichanga was really good, lots ... of meat and a decent size. The restaurant was a little on the small side. If it was busier, it would have maybe been a bit crowded but otherwise perfect. Loved it here, and I will definitely come back. Read more

12 bucks "homemade" guac and chips was clearly store bought, both of them. Pretty terrible from a taco place. Salsas were watery and tasted of very little. I'd be embarrassed to serve this.

Ordered a chorizo burrito and birria taco. They were both amazing. The taco was probably the best birria I've had. Everything feels very authentic and the flavours are proof of that. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be returning to this special space. I can't recommend this place enough.
