Reviews for Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe in Burnaby, British Columbia
This dessert cafe in Burnaby was ok. I enjoyed a mango cheese ice when I visited. I have visited other dessert cafes that seemed friendlier and more comfortable. I didn't notice the tables or floors being cleaned often. Overpriced for what I had but a fun find but I probably ... won't visit again. Read more
This bingsu place also has decent selection of drinks! They have seasonal offerings, too. We tried strawberry ones since it was in season. Mini taiyaki was a bit dry and flavourless. Open till midnight everyday!!
Cozy place you can relax and enjoy coffee or any of their food. The place is a bit crowded when we came but the single person running the show was well organized and was able to cater to everyones need. Washroon was beat up and need TLC but understandable because ... it was 8:00 pm already nearing the end of the day. Parking is first come first serve basis and we double parked for 10 minutes before being able to grab a spot in front of the establishment. I recommend this Korean cafe to try them out this is must visit when you are in this area. Read more
I come to this area often and tried this place out a while back. Its a cute little bingsu cafe upstairs of the market perfect for the summer! They have a lot of different flavours and it actually taste really refreshing! Seating can be a challenge as its a smaller ... area but that just goes to show how popular it gets! Read more
Went in Sunday July 7th. Had a terrible customer service experience with the staff Andy. After waiting a long time for him to show up to the front to take our order, we finally got our order maybe 20-30 minutes after arriving to the restaurant as there was only 2 ... other customers there. We understood he was working by himself, so we didn’t mind waiting. When we received our Mango BingSoo order, there was maybe only 5-6 pieces of cheese. We called his name several times and he didn’t come upfront to see us, so we reached over to ring the bell and he came out. He came out with attitude, and we asked him if we can have a couple more pieces, since in the photo that’s advertised there’s way more pieces and also bigger chunks. He ignored what we said and just walked away. And then he came back after we called him back again. And he said “fine I’ll give you 2 more pieces” with attitude then threw it onto our bingsoo bowl. We approached him after our meal to tell him how we didn’t appreciate his attitude after, and then he proceeded to raising his voice at my girlfriend and I. He was being incredibly rude, even while other customers with children were there. Would never recommend this place for anyone. Read more
