We finally tried this place, every time we walked by it, there was a huge line of people waiting in line and we figured, with a toddler, it may not be a good option so every time we would say next time. The wait time for us was 40 min and ... you’re given 1.5 hours to finish your food, which honestly is more than enough. We were greeted by an incredibly kind and accommodating waitress. Since my daughter was hangry( she is also a picky eater), i approached the waitress and she kindly let us order our food ahead of time so by the time we sat down, our order of fries was ready( super nice, thank you). Food was honestly very delicious and it’s worth the wait but a bit too oily for me so this was definitely a cheat day. I have been here 4 times already. I get excited every time the team at work decides to eat here during our Friday WFO lunch get together. We order the same food to share every time, it’s like team building! Our favorites include the platter with beef, rice, corn and ... cheese, seafood pancakes and the potato noodle. I want to preface my review by saying this is only in regards to Take Out. I have eaten in a few times and have never had an issue. My overall rating in this review reflects my below average experience. I tried ordering online a hour before I wanted to pick ... up and was surprised to find out that I cannot adjust the time (it's always set to ASAP 30 minutes). There is a note field which you can use, but I'm not sure how effective it will be. Since Online Ordering didn't work, I had wanted to place an order over the phone, but to my surprise, there is no option. I had to drive 15 minutes to place my order in person. In addition, the Visa card I tried to use online to pay did not work but I was able to use it in person. When talking with the staff, they claimed it must be something on their side. Now I'm not sure why, but they were able to cook all 7 of my dishes in less than 15 minutes, I was surprised as I was expecting at least a 30 minute wait (as it shows online), perhaps this was their way of compensating for my horrible online experience) or it could be due to the store not being busy (5:30PM). Overall, the food was average, portion sizes for take out was reasonable for some dishes (i.e., Japchae) and the Chicken wings were still crispy! But if I didn't need to order take out for a surprise party, I would much rather prefer eating in. Read more

The Best.....as authentic as it gets. Food, atmosphere and service is just amazing. If you haven't tried, then you are missing out. Props to the chef 👨‍🍳 👏! Brought wife, mother in law and 3 daughters here for mother's day. We got to order more variety this time, food got even ... better 😋. Love this place. We went there on Sunday. It gets busy so we went earlier at 5pm. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. One of us was allergic to seafood and they were able to tell us that most of their dishes has seafood powder ... and able to point us to the one menu item that didnt use seafood powder.
