Normally the food is very good. We ordered online (and paid) a little while ago only to find that the restaurant was closed with no sign of opening for the day. There was no way to cancel our order and ask for a refund. So I left a 2-star review. ... We got our refund today. So changed the review to 4-star. We like the awesome roll. Read more

I have been coming to this location for over 15 years now. The service is so great here. The waitresses are so polite and friendly. Iconic Spicy Salon sashimi is to die for. We’re regulars at the North Vancouver location, but we thought we’d give this Burnaby location a try. The food was excellent, well presented and very tasty, and arrived at our table quite quickly. The 4-star rating is due to the fact we waited 30 minutes to receive the complimentary hot ... tea (we asked multiple times) and we needed to ask for chopsticks, and then had to ask a second time for soy sauce bowls. Stopping by after work around 5pm weekday. It was empty when we got there. Service was decent but a little cold~Food were good, but one of the takoyaki had no octopus filling 🥲. Parking on the side or at the back.

We used to go here every week from 2007-2013. It was excellent. Easily the cheapest sushi in all of Burnaby. The party tray A, B, C and D we're the most popular options. Their sashimi were fresh and cold. Fast forward a few years, and they changed ownerships a few times. It's ... not as good as it used to be, but it's still decent. All the party combos are now gone, but the sashimi is still fresh and the food is still relatively cheap. It's just not the legendary Sushi Town we locals grew up with. Read more
