If I could rate this location 0, I would. My experience was extremely traumatizing as I found a live cockroach right beside my pizza on the opposite corner of the pepper provided with every pizza. I am unsure of whether it was Papa John’s that did not see the cockroach ... or possibly be the Uber driver with the 80% satisfaction rate that has an unsanitary vehicle. Regardless, this rating comes from a consumer perspective as I am solely doing what I feel is necessary when voicing out this situation. It was absolutely disgusting and will put a really bad taste in my mouth for the coming few days. It’s the fact that the insect was thriving right beside the pizza that really caused me to almost puke. I would not wish this experience upon my worst enemy. This is a great place regarding quality. There pizzas are always fresh and hot. I appreciate the hard work of everyone who working there. We usually order 3 pizzas once in a week for our lunch at work and the taste is always the same, also the girl working there ... is very friendly always suggest better deal for us. Read more

I am wondering how this pizza place is surviving with only one staff and a lot of orders placed online and in person for pick up. The pizza tasted terrible and to be fair for the lady who was working tirelessly, she was still very pleasant and helpful trying to ... manage her time and attend to all the orders. This place has fresh pizza. They have to be reminded of their own promos or else they will try to get away with charging you more..be careful. Their services is so, so stay away from their gluten free pizza, it is gross..I know that their web site already has a ... disclaimer about Gluten Free and celiac, but any professional pizza store can handle it if they took some simple precautions. Here even though we asked them to use a clean knife when cutting the pizza they did not and then they lied about it.. really bad. They burned the pizza, they also seem to think all their ingredients are gluten free..lied about that.. guess who usually gets to pick were the group eats..the person with an allergy..Papa John's losses out..the one the the fresh pineapple us from Bella pizza the sick looking one is from Pappa John's.
