Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt - Burnaby, British Columbia

So sad this place is messy/dirty. The frozen yogurt machine was running low on various flavors and the toppings area looked dirty. I wonder when they cleaned the bins last. The owners should take pride in their business and store. By the looks and service they don't.

I love froyo and I found this store from Ubereats. After I got the ice cream, I got shocked. I paid $20 for the melted yogurt. It came with the regular plastic bag not even the insulated togo bag. If you are not ready to do the ubereats, please remove ... your store from the ubereats. So annoying. Read more

Took my toddler here as he wanted ice cream with sprinkles. The look of joy on his face was priceless! Poor little guy though dropped his ice cream cup as he was placing it on the table. We got more and the gentleman, who I can only assume was the ... owner, didn’t charge for his second cup. Thank you! We had a great time and we loved the fro-yo! Really bad experience! No one should visit this place anytime. The server (an old man) was really rude and seemed annoyed for no reason. He was working without gloves in hand, really unhygienic condition. Then he started screaming and told me to never come back to his store. Really really unprofessional. Love going here for special treat. Lots of yogurt flavours to choose from. And lots of boba choices too. Sorry no pics as ate up right away. So came again and enjoyed frozen yogurt with boba in many flavours
