Pizza Hut - Burnaby, British Columbia

I ordered pizza, salad, and chicken online for my sister’s birthday. I really like the Caesar salad; however, the pizza looks burnt or overbaked.

What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza. Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San ... Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. I order from here often. There's good deals in their app, and you can get a freshly made medium daily special pizza, good for two meals, for about what you'd pay for three stale slices elsewhere. The loyalty program makes it an even better deal. I recently experienced an issue ... where the app crashed and my order didn't go through, but the manager of this location worked hard to make everything right. Read more

Ordered Pizza Hut for the kids via the app; selected the Pizza to be ready for a future time...App ordering process was fairly easy and straight forward. Shortly after placing the order, I received a follow up call from the manager to confirm orders...I had placed two and he wanted to ... make sure it was not a computer glitch...really appreciated the follow up call. Got to the location, street parking was not a problem. Take out had a lineup, moved fairly quickly. The establishment was busy, clean, and smelled like Pizza Hut😀. The manager working the till was polite, courteous and generally seemed to be enjoying being there...makes the experience just a bit more pleasant. Pizzas were piping hot, kids said it was delicious...and to my surprise, had a good amount of topping....no bare dough really. Well done to this Pizza Hut location, the manager and staff. I really like Pizza Hut but unfortunately I had horrible experience tonight. First call center was insanely not knowledgeable. Transferring calls to each store and no response. Anyways I ended up at this location. First staff could not confirm ingredients of each food. Then it took 10 minutes to accurately do invoice. Then ... pizza came out and guess what it was all wrong so we had to wait another 20 minutes for correct order. They gave promotion gives $5 side for each pizza you order. However in order to apply it they have to place each pizza in separate bill. Unbelievable Read more
