I came at drive thru for an iced coffee and I mentioned them make it with extra sweet syrup and I double checked at window is it with extra syrup and a guy at the window was like yes it is. When I left the Mcd and I drink there was ... no sweet syrup in an iced coffee. They ruined my mood in the morning and I was trying to reachout them through call till 11:54am. I asked their staff if this is really Oreo mcflurry and they said yes. I had waited for 20 minutes for a combo and this mcflurry. I decided to give them 6-star rate and this is one of them.

My recent visit to McDonald's left me feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied. Despite the convenience and familiarity associated with the McDonald's brand, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Tables were dirty, and there were visible spills on the floor. It created an unappetizing ... atmosphere, which detracted from the dining experience. Secondly, the service was slow and indifferent. It took an excessively long time to place my order, and once received, it was incorrect. The staff seemed disorganized and disengaged, which contributed to the overall lackluster experience. Additionally, the food quality was mediocre at best. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, while the burger patty tasted bland and overcooked. It was evident that attention to detail in food preparation was lacking. Despite these shortcomings, the one redeeming aspect was the affordability of the menu items. However, even that was not enough to compensate for the overall disappointment. In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's location was far from satisfactory. I surprisingly had good service on the weekday during the day! The fries were nice and crisp but the burger could’ve been made a bit better, the cheese was very dry.

I'm not one to write reviews but I can't believe the experience I had, especially in this snow today. I had ordered my food before everyone else in line and yet I was the last to recieve my order through 5 people, and plz note I ordered 2 lrg fries 2 ... lrg drinks a fish fillet and double big Mac which customomized it to just be the cheese, burger, and sauce with a bit of lettuce anyways so 2 min order took 10-15 mins til I finaly recieved my food but hadn't checked it thinking everything in their (I should've checked it but all the food was packed in a small bag trying to fit everything and also had no tissue) so I headed back home and when I got home I didn't see my fish filet so I headed back to ask for my food which they did, but by all this back and forth my food is already cold and the bag they gave me started to rip because it got wet through the snow and all they did was gave me a delivery bag made me pack all my food in it myself which I didn't mind but they didn't even give me a new paper bag or tissues or straws for my drink and food. Please note that interaction was 20 seconds just handing a delivery bag and my missing food and now I have cold food and just a rather bad mood i wished I had a before photo of my cramped food sorry I forgot to.
