Placed an order through Doordash. While Avi Pizza Factory and DD were quite happy to take my money, Avi was closed when I placed the order (in spite of their posted hours and google saying they were open), the order progress never changed in my app so I called Avi, ... just rang endlessly, as it did the following 3 days (it was a long weekend granted but the order was placed Saturday at 5pm, they didn't bother opening again until Wednesday). When I finally managed to get a guy on the phone, he was no help whatsoever and seemed annoyed from the moment he picked up the phone. I asked for a refund, he mumbled something and said to call Doordash, which I and what am I told? I had to call them within 3 business days of the order otherwise I'm SOL for a refund. Guess what? Maybe they should put THAT in the app instead of saying "Any issues with your order call Avi Pizza Factory" because they don't exactly keep regular hours. I can't comment on the quality of the food but if it's anything like their customer service, you'll likely get food poisoning. Read more

Worse lasagna I have ever had. There was no meat sauce in this lasagna. The sauce tasted like canned tomato paste, not sauce, mixed in with wet noodles. Lots of cheese, but lacking a real sauce I used to order the Monster pizza from there and it was my favorite. Definitely ... not the case now. This place used to be really good and we have kept ordering from them because of the amount of toppings and cheese. However, the quality has gotten worse the last 2 times we ordered. The pizza appears to be quite salty, dough has gotten more doughy, and there is significantly ... less toppings on the pizza. There is only one layer ham / pepperoni on the meat lover and it doesn't even cover the entire pizza. You can see white spaces on the slices. We are quite disappointed. This place is such a gem. Seriously some of the best pizza I've ever had. Very affordable deals. My go-to is the pick-up large 2 topping for $10. There's also a 2 large specialty pizza's for $24 and you get either a 2L pop or dipping sauce. I love introducing ... people to their pizza! The owner is so sweet and so are the staff. Read more
