The chocolate roll was heavenly, light and soft sponge cake rolled in not too sweet whipped cream filling. I bake a lot and this was the best chocolate roll I have tasted! A family member brought it as dessert for a potluck dinner. I am definitely going to get my family ... (hint hint) to order a cake for my birthday! Can’t wait to visit this place in person! This cafe is awesome! The roll cakes were amazing, very moist and light without being overly sweet. I also tried the sweet potato chiffon cake, chocolate banana cake, rainbow cake, earl grey cake, strawberry croissant and the chocolate banana croissant. The cake was very light, not too sweet and had ... sweet potato on the inside. Would definitely recommend. The croissant was also very good, flaky and not too sweet but sweet enough. It was very good fresh and warm. The earl grey cake had a good earl grey flavour without being overpowering. The service was also helpful and friendly. This local cafe is amazing! The cakes are very light and moist. There is a nice balance and harmony of flavours; nothing is too sweet, allowing the flavours to come through. Tropical dream bingsoo tasted great. Super light shaved ice and good for 2 people. Choco taramisu was really creamy. Get one bingsoo and taramisu for combo price. The blue lemonade was ok. Basically blue lemonade and 7 up. Good for photos but not worth the price. :)

I've been here 3 times since this place has opened, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Service and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their shaved ice is so good, probably one of the best ones in the Greater Vancouver area. I tried ... their "Tropical Dream Bingsoo" and the "Caramel Macchiato Bingsoo" and they definitely did not disappoint! I also tried their "Blue Lemonade" and their "Mango Mojito" and both were delicious! This place is a hidden gem in North Burnaby, so make sure to stop by! Read more
