I feel ripped off: :( I have always liked the ice cream from Purdys until today. My wife and I went to their location at the New Brentwood Mall and we were heading outdoors to enjoy our 2 scoop ice cream, unfortunately my wife's serving was not the same as mine, I ... wish she had told me before we were heading out so I could go and complain. Compare the 2 cones, both the same 2 scoop on a waffle cone, each about $7.00 dollars. I am always giving honest reviews and as far as this place concerns or any other Purdys for that matter, I am not visiting EVER again. I think this is clearly an employee error and I hope they fix the problem because I feel I paid too much and got two different products that costed me the same price. Read more

I sent my son to grab a simply $25 box of chocolates and when he came in the manager sold him a $45 box of chocolates that I did not ask for. I came back to return them as this was the items I did not want and my son ... got sold na d that manager did not want to return it. Although it was less than 24 hours of the purchase, box was never open and I had my receipt. Horrible service. Read more

Excellent customer service here! I was greeted as soon as I walked into the shop. Decor is a typical Purdys Chocolatier. Purdys have chocolates without any sugar which is great for people who has diabetes. I like their ice cream bars 😋

Thank you Jayden. I never seen anyone so patient with the chocolate coating u can see/taste how thick the layer is yummm. And how the nuts is covered over the chocolate. It’s the perfect combination.

While the grand renovations continue at the Amazing Brentwood Mall Purdys Chocolatier remains one of the few merchants still open for business. The chocolate sells itself but the great customer service was surprisingly refreshing for a saturday afternoon. They are still running the 10 pieces for $12 promo which ... is excellent The store was clean and fully stocked.
